■What is “HAKO-YA”?: HAKO-YA is an online shop which provides Boxes made of Japanese paper called
Yuzen-washi which has Japanese traditional patterns.
We have various types of Boxes with many sizes, colors and patterns.
You can choose your favorite Box from our list or order your own custom-made Box.

■What is a Box produced by HAKO-YA?: Our Box is a handicraft for daily use. On the cardboard foundation,
we paste several kinds of papers repeatedly and finish withYuzen-washi which is
Japanese paper with traditional patterns.
All the materials for our Boxes are just paper and grew derived from nature.
Our Box is extremely light and strong. You can use it as a storage box for 20 to 30 years or more.
It is suitable to keep all kinds of daily goods such as clothes, book, toys, food or commodities in.

HAKO-YA makes any types of Boxes with your favorite papers.

■Custom-made boxes: HAKO-YA makes any Box you want. Please let us know the size (D x W x H),
the type and the paper you like.

After receiving your mail, HAKO‐YA makes an estimate and replies you to confirm the order.

The delivery will be made within two to four weeks after confirming your order.

・To overseas area: Please feel free to ask HAKO-YA for a price quote.

■Payment method: HAKO-YA will send a bill with the Box you ordered.
Please send money for that by postal transfer within one week after receiving your Box.
All transfer service fees will be on payer.

■Return: We don’t accept customer requests for returns but you can return the Box only in case it is defective.
If there is any defects, please let us know within one week after you receive it.
After that, please send it by cash-on-delivery.
